  1. Cefotaxime (500 mg/L), gentamicin (50 mg/L), and streptomycin (50 mg/L) were either added or not added during sterilization and in the medium. The evaluation was performed after 12 weeks of in vitro culture. The sample size (N) of shoot tips grown on propagation media supplemented with or without 2% sucrose was ± 1.
