  1. The evaluation was performed 12 weeks after the introduction into in vitro conditions. The sample sizes (N) of shoot tips from Lower Saxony or Brandenburg treated with or without antibiotics were ± 1 between the groups grown on M2 + media supplemented with or without 2% sucrose (M2 + woS).
