  1. 120 immature zygotic embryos (IZEs) of line Cam139 were cultivated per culture dish, with three dishes being used as repetitions per treatment
  2. 2PCR was performed using primers specifically amplifying the GFP transgene, and the transformation efficiency was calculated as proportion of agro-inoculated explants giving rise to GFP-positive plants. Data were subjected to Kruskal-Wallis analysis of variance on ranks followed by all pairwise multiple comparison of treatments using the Student-Newman-Keuls method. The differences in transgenic plant formation between the treatments were not statistically significant (P ≤ 0.05)
